The Tyrol Hills neighborhood is tucked in the south-east corner of Golden Valley, just west of downtown Minneapolis. It is bordered by Theodore Wirth Park to the east, Highway 55 to the north, Highway 100 to the west, and by Interstate 394 to the south. There is a small area south of 394 that is known as South Tyrol Hills and is considered part of the neighborhood as well.
